You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. The only costs you will bear are those for returning the product from your home to our webshop. These costs may vary and are determined by the courier service used.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories included and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to resell the item, we may deduct the decrease in value from your refund. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
